Refund Policy

For all products and services that have been successfully delivered to customers, cancellation, refund, or return of the order is not possible. However, refunds may be issued under the circumstances of only cancellation of services. If you decide to cancel a service before it has been rendered, you may be entitled to a refund. The amount refunded will be determined based on the terms specified in the price list.

Limited Refund and Control

In transactions where Agility Infrastructure acts as a facilitator between parties, refunds and other controls may be limited. Any refund requests or disputes regarding the charges should be generally addressed directly to the respective parties. Agility Infrastructure will assist in facilitating communication and resolution to the best of its ability, but ultimate responsibility lies with the parties involved in the transaction.
